Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Phoenix

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction this is big for us because she lives alone and is lonely more then anything else. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained as well.
