About who needs care: My wife Cayla is 38 years old. All of her ADL's are compromised. We have two young children and I need help taking care of her needs. Cayla is a fall risk when left alone too long. She has just recently had an assistive device placed for feeding. She is doing well with it. Cayla would need assistance with: dressing bathing Gait belt mobile Toilet assistance Feeding About the care needs: Cayla needs to be monitored during the day due to her risk of falling. The caretaker can be trained in feeding, and caring for someone with limited mobility. Walking my wife to the bathroom is important, and keeping her safe while on the toilet is critical. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance. Helping her participate in her home therapy sessions.
