Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Phoenix

I need hands-on support for my husband in Phoenix when I am unavailable, as I am the primary caregiver. Important - experience with managing and administering medication. Some light tidying up is involved. Possible assistance with bathing in the future. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with dogs. Looking for someone who could be available "on demand" throughout the week when I'm not available. Example - when I have other appts. outside the house I need someone with my husband during those times. Could be a Mon. between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. or a Friday night from 6pm-9 p.m. There isn't a set schedule. I will provide at least 48 hrs. notice or more when possible. Social Security number required for insurance claims.
