Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Phoenix

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). The patient is alert and oriented and still moderately functioning but needs assistance. Prefer someone with Parkinson's experience.
