About who needs care: Pops has mobility issues and cannot get out of bed some days. Due to that issue he sometimes cannot make it to the bathroom and will soil himself. He likes to watch tv from his recliner, but he cant walk well with his walker, he has issues with balance and leg strength. We worry that his physical issues create lack of sufficient nutrition and hydration. Our Mom is at home with him, but she has Parkinsons and is not able to help much and gets confused as well. About the care needs: Someone able to lift Pops. He will try to do thing himself and has fallen a few times lately. He may need some personal hygiene help, possibly encouragement to use an adult diaper when sleeping, and assistance with those things. Someone to prepare meals a couple times a day for both of them. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
