Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Mesa

Seeking hands-on care in East Mesa for my mother in her 70s. Duties would include help with bathing, dressing, preparing food, administer medications already set daily, taking her in her wheelchair for a stroll around the block, painting her fingernails, tidy her room and doing laundry. Preferences, but not required, for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained and Spanish speaker.
