Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Gilbert

My father is coming to Arizona from Canada to stay in his condo. He is currently in full-time assisted living in Canada, getting three meals per day and medication support. I need the same thing for him here. He is a diabetic. He will need someone to prepare three meals a day for him and make sure he takes all the medications he is prescribed. He will need help checking his insulin and administering insulin shots. He plans to drive but may not be able to, so he may need help going to places. I expect 3-4 hours in the morning and 3-4 hours in the evening, 7 days a week for about 1 month from December to January. I'm ok with hiring two people to split the week. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
