Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Goodyear

About who needs care: Has ALS and can not be left alone. Likes to chat, joke and have someone who is laid back. Needs help with daily items, has feeding tube, on vent and has a ceiling lift to transfer to shower wheelchair. We are a family with two kids under 10 and need help so kids can get to activities afterschool, for me to be able to run errands and have respite. About the care needs: We would love someone who likes to joke around, can hold conversations, plays video games is a plus. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
