About the job
About who needs care: This is for my dad. My brother lives with him but will be out of town the weekend of may 9-11. I am unable to fly out for this weekend. Our dad uses a walker and has Lewy body dementia. He is completely aware of his surroundings. He can make himself coffee, food at times etc. he just sits in his chair and watches tv. We are looking for someone to be there with him in case he falls, make him food, let the dog out, bathe him if necessary. We just feel uneasy leaving him alone About the care needs: This person does not need to be super hands on. Our dad can do most things himself. He is just very weak and unsteady. We need someone there to make sure he takes his medication, makes sure he doesnt fall, feed him, etc. nothing major just more precautionary. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
