About the job
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced caregiver to assist with daily activities for a person in a wheelchair. Your responsibilities will include helping with transfers to and from a shower chair, assisting with bathing and toileting, helping with getting dressed, and taking out the trash from the room. You may also be required to wash dishes in the kitchen if needed. The ideal candidate should have experience working with people in wheelchairs and possess kindness and trustworthiness. In addition to caring for our loved one, we would love for you to be a positive presence in their life. It is preferred that you have your own transportation, and a live-in option is available.
