About the care needs: My dad has no strength in his legs or arms. Needs help getting up and walking. Had back surgery last September been in and out of hospitals due to pain in his back (they installed a metal rod in his spine) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
