About who needs care: Michael (Mike) has early onset vascular dementia. He has limited verbal skill ability acute aphasia and confusion. He was mobile somewhat but due to his diabetic neuropathy he has difficulty. As of now, he has to be aided out of chair. He sleeps a lot. About the care needs: He or she would need to be able to lift him up and he doesn't always let you know if he's urinated or needing to use bathroom. He doesn't verbalize too much. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
