About who needs care: Vascular dementia. Will need assistance with dressing, toileting, medications, etc. About the care needs: Someone kind and patient. She's not a big talker anymore. She is currently in memory care but needs skilled nursing. Trying to avoid nursing home. We just need help. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
