Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Montevallo

About who needs care: My mom has Lupus and End Stage Renal Failure. She is on Peritoneal Dialysis every night. She recently had should replacement surgery so her mobility is limited. She has fallen a couple of times and is unsteady on her feet. I work from home so Most of the time, I can be at the house during the day. I do work a second job so I work two night per week and would need someone to come and sit with her while I am at work. Also, I will be traveling for several days at the end of October and will need someone to come and stay with her at night while I am gone. I am staying currently. About the care needs: My mom likes to talk. They would need to be able to operate a blood pressure machine and assist with getting her hooked up for dialysis and disconnected the next morning if staying the night. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
