About who needs care: My Dad is having balance issues and still cooks for himself but does not clean up regularly. He has Parkinson's, but is very coherent. His hearing is a big problem. He has just ordered some new hearing aids. About the care needs: He is very much a liberal so don't send a proTrumper please.
