About who needs care: short term memory loss, uses a wheelchair, goes to toilet when reminded but needs help cleaning up sometimes. He's good natured and not a complainer. Watches tv. Will do some simple chair exercises if prompted. Is diabetic and has insulin shots 2x daily. About the care needs: Someone who can administer an insulin injection. Simple meal prep. laundry. Someone who doesn't mind watching DWTS and other dance videos. Someone who will initiate simple exercise, toilet trips. and who can bathe him. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
