About who needs care: My Mom is pleasant in her attempt to age gracefully. She deals with chronic pain due to RA and curvature of the spine. She is mobile and very lucid. She need assistance with meal prep, house chores. My Dad lives in the house but is quite self sufficient. The care is needed for my Mom. About the care needs: Very understated. Quiet. Comfortable with silence. My Mom takes daily walks so someone who is able to walk 1. 5 miles daily is important.
