Both parties who were taking me this upcoming Monday 9/23 @ 2:30 To Cahaba Pain for Spine Surgery (+) this upcoming Wednesday 9/25 @ 9:10 To Shelby Baptist Hospital for Heart Cath Procedure canceled taking me and staying during these procedures.
