Sitter Needed For 1 Dog, 2 Cats In Tacoma

I'm looking for a great sitter for 1 dog, 2 cats. Morning and evening attention needed. Feeding and opening/closing pet door. Job duties include clean-up of cat waste a few times a week. We close at night for safety. We'd like all pets inside at night when possible (1 cat might not come in because he is scared of strangers). Taking the dog out for a walk outside of the yard a few times would also be helpful.
