Sitter Needed For 1 Dog In Virginia Beach

I'm looking for a great sitter for 1 dog to provide care including feeding (raw food), and assisting her going to the bathroom, and cleaning up afterwards. She is a very well trained, friendly, lovable, sweet German Shepherd. She has a chronic nerve disease called degenerative myelopathy so she has little to no feeling or use of her back legs. She is 90lbs and needs to be picked up and carried down 6 steps to go outside at least twice a day. Once outside we use a harness under her belly and carry her back end while she walks around to do her business. Once she has gone to the bathroom the she can be assisted with the harness to go back inside, without having to pick her up. This is not easy. Any potential caregiver must be strong.
