Considering taking family for vacation (maybe international) during some or all Dec 28-Jan 6. Researching possibilities for someone to visit my dogs daily (house, backyard) or board them. I have two dogs: (1) Max, a male, Aussiedoodle, age 3, neutered (approx. 65 lbs.); and (2) Luna, a female, 7 months, Aussiedoodle, intact (approx. 15 lbs.). Max is a reactive dog in situations of high stress (e. g., grooming near genitals, strangers approaching him, a lot of house guests, guests moving food or stepping close to him, etc.). He can growl/ lunge, but is generally sweet. Depends on the person. Most of the times he is fine but he did bite a PetSmart employee while he was boarding there (problems started then) and a house guest moving a cooked turkey. I'm not sure if anyone is able/willing to care for them. Recommendations welcome. Thanks!
