LUCY is Biewer which is a pie ball or a Yorkshire. She's very friendly BUT she will not let you take clippers to her face, only scissors. She is spoiled rotten and I have never seen or heard of her biting people, only clippers! I am handicapped and cannot drive. Please help me & my baby!
