My cat has an acne infection on her chin. she has plenty of dead skin around there and extra hair. we use wipes for it but a lot of the gunk is very thin and hard to get out. I need help getting some out and I just want a wash to get excess things out such as pus, gunk, dead skin, extra fur, etc. she is a kind cat but she gets annoyed quickly
