I recently relocated from San Diego because of a bittersweet opportunity. My father retired from American Airlines in California and deciding to make Columbia his home and purchased a house on May 15th 2024 he was diagnosed with bile duct cancer and died on June 25th less than 30 days. My brother and I were originally going to sell the home however I got back to San Diego and realized I was paying $1, 800 for 500 ft, so we decided to keep the home as a forever family home that is what brought us here.
