Walker Needed For 1 Dog In Mentor

I'm looking for a great walker for 1 energetic yellow lab. My mom, the owner, had surgery and cannot walk the poor guy. He usually poops on his walks, sometimes twice, so being prepared and willing to cleanup is appreciated. There are trash cans on the usual walking route.
