Walks And House Sitting For My Akita

I'm looking for a great sitter for my Akita, Jade. She is 5 years old and is very skittish. I am looking for someone who would be okay with becoming her new best friend. I would start by facilitating a relationship between you and her by having you take her on regular walks and rides (her favorite things). I would first go with you and slowly let you take the lead. I am trying to get her used to someone who could house-sit with her overnight for a couple of weeks give or take a few days during the summer.
