I have two indoor cats that get fed twice a day. Morning and afternoon. I have three outdoor cats in the front of my house that get breakfast and dinner and two outdoor cats that get breakfast and dinner in my backyard The indoor cats just need their litter box cleaned once a day. I'm pretty sure if I fill up the fountain it will be okay for 5 days. And just make sure their dry food is full. Otherwise its a pretty low maintenance job.
