Groomer Needed For 1 Dog In Middle Island

Portuguese Water Dog at 4 months old and has not been completely groomed. He loves to bathe, is not afraid of blow dryer, has had his nails and paws clipped but moves hard to keep his head still by myself. I just need to find someone willing to groom Rusty at least 4 times a year.
