We have a very timid Australian and German sheppard mix Freya is her name. She would need you to walk with her owner initially. Till she gets used to you. We have a min pin who loves everyone and Freya loves him and would benefit from him walking with her as well. Walk at 4 p.m. time frame is flexible. May do daily if it works out.
