Groomer Needed For 1 Dog In Ilion

Jax is a 23 lb, 6 yr old, adopted ( 3 months now) miniature schnauzer. He is non-aggressive but reactive to human physical restraint. Not reactive to other dogs in the normal course of interactions. Crate trained and has just completed beginner obedience training.
