Our Lexi is a female 20 lb dog of mixed breed. She is spayed and 5 yrs old. Very smart and needs a lot of affection and play. We would like to board her with a caring person for overnights, weekends and possibly longer periods. She is used to being the only dog in the house, but seems to get along with male dogs -- especially if they are bigger than her. She doesn't like cats. She is in excellent health and walks well on a leash. She sleeps on our bed at night, and on furniture during the day. She enjoys being out in the yard if someone is also there to keep her company. Otherwise, she'll want to come inside.
