Walker Needed For 1 Dog In Niles

I just need somebody to take out my friendly ESA certified German shepherd mix Charlie, for my mother Robin who is disabled but the only thing she cant do is walk him. We have the leashes just need somebody to stop in and walk him out to the back of the apartment property twice a day.
