About the job
I have a sweet 8 yr old Maine Coon. She is very gentle and laid back. I have never left her for more than 2 days until this past January and I was fortunate to have a family member come in and check in on her every day. This will be the 1st time taking her somewhere else to have her cared for. She likes to be around people but she's used to being in a quiet environment because its only been myself and my very elderly dad who I have taken care of for the past 9 yrs. Also she's not used to other pets. My WISH would be to find a caregiver who doesn't have young children or other pets in the house when she would be there. I don't know if that latter request is even a possibility, but that would be the best case scenario for making her (and I) comfortable. Thanks!
