Lucy is half poodle and half soft wheaton terrier, all black, 32 pounds. She is sensitive, sweet and smart. We walk her 2 or 3 times a day. She is pretty easy unless she comes upon a dog she does not like and then I have to kind of block her view or sit down next to her and hold her harness. Sometimes we just keep briskly walking with me chanting "leave it, Lucy" Leave it". That can work. 95% of the time she is fine on her walks and we don't stop to say 'hi' to dogs b/c we are walking.
