Walker Needed For 1 Dog In Indianapolis

He's a barker but no bite, but he's a small chihuahua and extremely old. I've had a stay home job for 9 years but recently got offered a new job. I don't need him going on walks, just mainly let out to potty and that's about it. He can't go on long walks because of his legs.
