Walker Needed For 1 Dog, 1 Cat In Urbana

I have a 10-year-old dog named Journey; she is sweet as pie once she gets past the first meeting. she loves outside and long walks! My cat's name is Zeppelin, and she is 1-year-old, and she has epilepsy. the care I would need would be walking Journey, feeding both of them, and giving Zeppelin her pill in the evening to prevent seizures. this schedule is strict, so I would need someone very reliable as to prevent further seizures.
