Needs to be walked once in morning around 11 and once in afternoon around 2. Male English cocker spaniel little over 1-year-old. Can be very active. Fear aggressive of other dogs. Would be walking him inside a condo area, not street walking. Loves people. Looking for some one who has had experience walking dogs, and who is strong and agile enough to handle an active dog.
