I would be looking for someone that can sit with my 3 senior dogs, all small chihuahua mixes, take them to the bathroom in our fenced backyard. Should be comfortable giving oral meds, as one of our dogs requires this during the day. ( very easy to give him) I would prefer someone who is comfortable taking care of a dog with medical needs. Vet techs or people with experience in the veterinary field would be a plus.
