Groomer Needed For 1 Dog In Ocean View

I have a Frenchie who just had L5-6 disc surgery. I'm looking for someone to help me help him begin to use his legs again. I have to take him out a couple of times a day and try to strengthen legs with standing and massaging them. I can't do it on my own.
