My cat Molly, is a tortie-co, she is shy and may, or may not even come out to greet you. I keep all doors closed inside house, except for my bedroom, because she likes to close doors and lock herself in! Barkley is a Husky/lab and is very wary of strangers, but once he knows you, he is fine. he definitely needs to have a meet and greet with cookies and he'll be your best friend. He may/may not go for a walk, but if possible just up and down the street. He's a big homebody.
