Rosie is an elderly dog, who is deaf and losing her sight. She's no longer able to do stairs. I'm looking for someone who can carry her down a flight of 14 stairs (she weighs 22 pounds), let her pee outside, and then carry her back up. It should only take 10 minutes a day, for 5 days a week.
