My dog, Bailey, is an almost 2-year-old West Highland White Terrier female who is very friendly and fun. Calm for a puppy she likes to play chase me in the house or yard. Like all Westies, she is very independent, and uses her doggie door to go in and out of the house on her own schedule. She is on an invisible electric fence where she will feel an electric correction from her collar if she goes too near the fence. She knows the boundaries well and seldom gets a correction. If you don't want to share your bed with her, she is crate trained and will sleep through the night, waking around 6 or 7 a.m. She eats twice a day at noonish and again around 6:00pm: 1/3 cup kibble and 1/3 of a container of Caesars pate. She likes a walk after dinner. She has access to the neighbors big yard and a mature Corgie and spends time there.
