Our dog is a 14-year-old cockapoo that weighs approximately 22lbs. We need to administered heart meds 3x a day. He has fluid around his heart. Some of the daily meds are a diuretic which necessitate letting him out frequently. Our dog is very dear to us. He is our family but we also feel more and more like we are unable to travel. We would like to travel for a long weekend, or week or two but are unable. We also recently moved into our neighborhood and are not familiar with any dog sitters nearby.
