Looking For A Pet Sitter For 1 Cat In Santa Barbara

I currently have a kitten who's 3 months old. He's shy and slightly skiddish at the moment but when he comes out of hiding, he's very sweet and loving. I would like to make him my emotional support/service animal for my mental health, for that, he needs some training.
