We have two Shih Tzu's. One's name is Cooper and the other is Cosmo. They are brothers and very sweet. However, they do have anxiety with strangers, but the most they do is bark until they warm up to you. They are with us about 99 percent of the time, so there is some separation anxiety. We work from home so we are around. They do go to the groomers regularly, so there is some socialization there and to dog parks (although we must admit they tend to bark a decent amount). They like to play fetch, go for walks, belly rubs, they nap a decent amount, especially once comfortable. They play a lot together too. We'll need care occasionally, so we are really looking for someone who can perhaps be a regular alternate carer for them. When a carer is brand new to them, they may stare at the door for a bit till we return or they get comfortable. :)
