Sitter Needed For 1 Cat In Lompoc

I need a sitter to take care of 1 cat in Lompoc. She needs fed twice a day, a. m. and p. m., and her water changed. Her litter will need scooped and stirred (Pretty Litter makes this fairly clean and easy). She is not very friendly, but will be lonely and will need to know someone will be there at mealtime.
