Walker Needed For 1 Dog In Covina

Dog is a small pom. her owner is a 95 yr old who lives in an assisted living environment and cannot walk her. dog is 10+ and needs daily walking as she is pooping everywhere in the apartment. please help, otherwise we will have to remove the pet and her owner will decline with out her.
