Boarding Needed For 1 Dog In Sturgeon Bay

Small elderly dog is partially or fully blind, has diabetes and needs shots. Finicky about eating except from owner. I'm the brother of pet owner and am looking for an alternative to a kennel which doesn't accept because of diabetes. Some hours so he can get out of the house and do some things.
