Elderly man with Parkinson's who cant manage to walk a golden retriever. Lifes at assisted living in Vancouver Washington. B is a 3-year-old dog who can pull at the leash making her more difficult for an older person to manage. She needs to be walked twice daily and can be taken out at the location where he lives.
