Need A Dog Walker That Can Break Bad Behaviors

I have 2 dogs that I need walked but also someone who is a trainer to train them on their walks. You can walk each dog separately. My Catahoula is reactive not aggressive but barks at other dogs and pulls like he wants to attack. I need that corrected. I want to be able to walk my dogs instead of dread it. My Catahoula is very loving, sweet, loves to cuddle, goofy and stubborn. My GS is timid, sweet, takes time to trust new people, very affectionate, loves playing ball They need someone who knows how to handle and train them while on their walk The Catahoula is very nurturing but only once he knows them. Does not seem friendly on walks so I would not let him get close.
